As Brand Manager you will be the local expert and primary point of ownership for employment, offices, compliance, budget and risk. You will execute Miss Group’s commercial and operational strategy across the country and brand, partner with central teams (marketing, sales, product, tech, support), and position the brand against established competitors.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a local growth & operating plan aligned with Miss Group’s global strategy.
- Own monthly billing, retention, churn, upsell and product cross-sell targets.
- Manage local HR, upsell team, partner/reseller sales and admin functions.
- Define competitive positioning and differentiation via technology, pricing and customer service.
- Build and manage channel partnerships and alliances with agencies and platforms.
- Provide market insights to marketing and sales: competitors, trends, local content, channels, promoted products, campaigns and discounts.
- Oversee operational areas including local sales execution, marketing activation, partner/channel development, forecast submission, office management, local compliance/GDPR and local budgeting.
- Report to the COO; present performance dashboards and strategic plans.
Act as cultural ambassador for Miss Group, embedding our entrepreneurial, customer-focused, results-driven mindset locally. Lead recruitment, talent development, and build a high-performing, diverse local team. Drive internal communications: quarterly town halls and monthly local newsletters to ensure transparency and alignment. We work as a functional organisation where the support manager reports to the group head of support, tech manager reports to group head of tech etc. This means you have HR, upgrade sales, retention, reseller/partners and admin reports to you or up to you to set up if not existing.
