  • Administration von Windows- und Linux-Systemen (Web-, Mail-, DNS-, Datenbankserver)
  • Betrieb virtualisierter Umgebungen (VMware, Proxmox)
  • Netzwerkmanagement (Switches, Router, Firewalls, Load Balancer – Juniper/Cisco)
  • Verwaltung von Storage-Lösungen (Ceph, ZFS, Hochverfügbarkeit)
  • IT-Security & Firewall-Management (pfSense, OPNsense, FortiGate)
  • Betreuung von Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune) 
  • Automatisierung via Skripte (Bash, Python, PowerShell)
  • Support, Fehleranalyse und Performance-Optimierung
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerk-Technologien (Junos OS, Cisco IOS)
  • Sehr gute Erfahrung in der Administration von Windows- und Linux-Servern
  • Tiefgehendes Wissen im Bereich Storage-Technologien (Ceph, ZFS, High-Availability-Umgebungen)
  • Erfahrung mit Virtualisierungsplattformen (VMware, Proxmox) sowie Hosting-Technologien (DNS, Mailserver, Load Balancer)
  • Vertrautheit mit Firewall- und Security-Lösungen (pfSense, OPNsense, Fortinet FortiGate)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und die Fähigkeit, auch unter Druck zuverlässig zu arbeiten
     
Von Vorteil:
  • Kenntnisse in der Administration von Webservern (Apache, Nginx), Microsoft 365, Mailservern (Carbonio, IceWarp), Datenbanken (MySQL, MSSQL) sowie Scripting-Skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell)

Your mission
  • Administration of Windows and Linux systems (web, mail, DNS, database servers)
  • Operation of virtualized environments (VMware, Proxmox)
  • Network management (switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers – Juniper/Cisco)
  • Management of storage solutions (Ceph, ZFS, high availability)
  • IT security & firewall management (pfSense, OPNsense, FortiGate)
  • Support and administration of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune) 
  • Automation through scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell)
  • Support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Your profile
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong knowledge of networking technologies (Junos OS, Cisco IOS)
  • Proven experience in Windows and Linux server administration
  • In-depth expertise in storage technologies (Ceph, ZFS, high-availability environments)
  • Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Proxmox) and hosting technologies (DNS, mail servers, load balancers)
  • Familiarity with firewall and security solutions (pfSense, OPNsense, Fortinet FortiGate)
  • Excellent German and English language skills, written and spoken
  • Strong team player with resilience and the ability to work reliably under pressure
     
Nice to have:
  • Experience with web servers (Apache, Nginx), Microsoft 365 solutions (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune), mail servers (Carbonio, IceWarp), and databases (MySQL, MSSQL). Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell, as well as additional know-how in firewall and security technologies (e.g., Fortinet FortiGate).
